Just in time for the first warm days- at least here in Switzerland- we have some new clothing available from ASSOS both for off-road gravel rides on your U.P., U.P.P.E.R., WI.DE. and on-road riding on your MIN.D.

The cool thing is you can mix and match all the pieces and yes we have the legendary Rally Cargo Shorts back: for me personally still the best short out there for endurance- and gravel riding.

We also got some new T-shirts and Sweatshirts... Check them out here in our webshop.

If you live in the United Kingdom sorry there is nothing for you, we do not have rain clothing but how about the fact that we got our De-fenders back ? Does this make your day...

Here some impressions from the new items...

Talking about availability if you are looking for an U.P. we have some of the rare "sage" back and if you are looking for a WI.DE. we got also something special for you, the turquoise frames are back check them out here.

Comments & Questions

Wow, Andy and Gerard, believe or not, there are WOMEN who ride your bikes. Yes, thank you for making XS and S size bikes that fit the shorter demographic. IT’s my favorite bike of all time. We have THREE OPEN UPS in our family (all ridden by women). Wouldn’t it be great if your clothing (and in general your posts) actually took this into account. Let’s see, you have to scroll through how many pieces of men’s clothing before you come to the oh, yes, PINK BETTY fundraising items for women. Come on, it’s 2021, can we see some outreach to your female customers. Lots of other biking companies have finally figured this out. Get with it or you will lose an important client base and furthermore, you continue to perpetuate the myth that biking is only for men.

Dear Joanne, I can totally hear you.... and hate the fact that often in this industry women specific means pink or baby blue. Another sad fact is that most of the clothing suppliers ask for a minimum of 50 units to make a special design. I know for Trek and Specialized thats peanuts but for us this is a big number. The Betty Design clothing which is made by a strong sportive female athlete that knows what she is talking about shows that very tragically... sales are pretty low. I love that design (which is totally not important) but the female customers that bought it do so also. But we just don't get that numbers together. Help me I am ready for it if you have a good are 100% right...Maybe we should just partner up with a female clothing line and make a special edition bike that fits the clothing.... Hello out there I am ready...

Hey Andy,
FYI other brands have custom programs that start at 5 units per model. I know for a fact that Rapha does it. Of course the margin is low for such quantities but Im pretty sure clothing is not (and should not be ) your primary source of income. It's about representing our favorite brand and making more advertisement for you in the end.
Another suggestion would be to do a pre-order campaign. This way you would avoid any loss in sales. And of course it would allow you to have an offer for women.
Hope it helps! Enjoy your day

Hey Guys,
I recently purchased a Open/Wide frame from original owner - attempting to get brake/shifting cables through frame to rear end. Any advise suggestions to make this process easier?
